Jessica Bianculli
Jessica Bianculli is the founder of Skin Bar New York, a results-driven luxury medical spa known for its science-backed, holistic approach to skin health. Recognized by Beauty Affair Long Island as a Top Skin Care Technology Specialist, she is known for combining advanced clinical treatments with internal wellness to deliver lasting skin transformation.
A graduate of Queens College, Jessica has been a licensed esthetician since 2015, specializing in laser technology, IPL, radio frequency, microneedling, and paramedical skin revision. She is also a certified laser trainer with NYLO Aesthetics, where she educates providers on advanced aesthetic devices.
She founded Skin Bar New York in 2017 to redefine skincare through an inside-out approach, later expanding into a full-service medical spa alongside Dr. Mary Infantino. Today, Jessica is growing as an industry educator and mentor, helping estheticians build profitable, purpose-driven businesses.
Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of two daughters and one pitbull.

Dr. Mary Infantino holds a PhD in Nursing from Adelphi University and serves as an Associate Professor at LIU Post. With over 40 years of experience as a nationally certified adult nurse practitioner, Dr. Mary specializes in integrative primary care, hormonal health, and facial aesthetics. She is certified in Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments, with 17 years of practice in medical aesthetics.
Her research focuses on women’s health and older adult health, with work published in nursing and medical journals. Notably, she presented her study on gastroesophageal reflux in menopausal women at national conferences and co-authored two books on cardiovascular health. Dr. Mary brings a wealth of knowledge to Skin Bar New York, enriching the client experience with her commitment to health and wellness.

Jessica is certified in advanced techniques, including laser, photofacials, radio frequency, microneedling, and IV therapy. She is also a certified laser trainer with NYLO Aesthetics, offering education on cutting-edge medical esthetic devices.
Driven by a passion for delivering transformative, results-oriented treatments, Jessica opened Skin Bar New York in 2017. Partnering with Dr. Mary Infantino in 2018, she expanded the business into a full-service medical spa offering skin care, lasers, injectables, nutraceuticals, and more. When not serving clients or managing the business, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two daughters and her pit bull.

Alexandra Foran
Alexandra Foran is a licensed esthetician specializing in dermaplaning, microneedling, DMK enzyme therapy, laser hair removal, and IPL treatments. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island before pursuing her passion for skincare during the pandemic. Inspired by her own journey, Alex graduated from the Long Island Nail, Skin, and Hair Institute in 2022 with a license in esthetics.
Since joining Skin Bar New York, Alex has been dedicated to refining her skills and delivering exceptional care to clients. Her enthusiasm for the esthetics industry continues to grow as she helps clients achieve their skincare goals every day.
